Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Gotek Telecom LTD, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

WordPress.com is a platform provided by Automattic Inc. that allows the Owner to build, run and host Gotek Telecom LTD.

Service use
The Owner (Gotek Telecom LTD) or third-party services employed by the Owner collects information automatically when the User uses or engages with Gotek Telecom LTD Products & Services, such as the Gotek Telecom LTD website, mobile app, and web platform technology. The information collected includes the User usage data, purchases made, app installation and updates, and how the User engages with service content. Gotek Telecom LTD uses login information, user data, cookies, device information, and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses in order to identify Users, log API calls, and provide User support.

Information is collected automatically (or manually by the user) about User’s services usage, these services include the usage of specific Gotek IoT products, such as Healthcare data, Vehicle Tracking data, etc. The information collected includes, but is not limited to, user and device location, health data, vehicle data, personnel data, login status, user & device tracking and positioning, length of data sessions, amount of data used in a session, and network connectivity status. This information is required in order for Gotek Telecom LTD to be able to provide access to, and billing for, use of Gotek Telecom LTD services to the User. Gotek Telecom LTD stores this data as long as the user account is running and active, as stated in the retention period, data will be deleted after a specific time, if the user account is inactive / deleted / subscription is not paid / retention period is over.

Gotek Telecom LTD Customer Support accesses User data to troubleshoot and resolve User complaints and service issues. Additional information may be requested from the User to investigate further. User data may be shared with third party vendors (if any) in order to address service issues beyond Gotek Telecom LTD ’s control.

Device and location
In order to offer services, Gotek Telecom LTD automatically collects User information pertaining to device & user location, operating system, IP address, device identifier, ISP and/or mobile carrier connection, cell id, and Gotek Telecom LTD app version.

Gotek Telecom LTD provides Users with email and push notifications to communicate the following, but is not limited to, availability of Services, policy changes, network disruptions, order confirmations, rate changes, account information details, service details and notifications, and personalized offers. By registering on the mailing list or using any of Gotek IoT services, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive commercial or promotional email messages or any type of information regarding the user’s active service or product. Users may opt out of receiving promotional marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every email. However, Users cannot opt-out of receiving communications related to service and account updates, including security and legal notices. If a user wishes to stop receiving all account-related communication, they must cancel their account by reaching out to info@gotektelecom.com / info@gotekiot.com / info@gotekcloud.gotektelecom.com .

Personal Data collected: email address, first name, last name, country, and phone number.

Gotek Telecom LTD may use User Data in order to communicate news, special offers, and promote growth and engagement. Gotek Telecom LTD  targets and analyzes ads displayed to Users and visitors on Gotek Telecom LTD .com and other partners’ sites (if any), using Data from advertising technologies (e.g. pixels, cookies, and ad tags), information provided by the user (e.g. country), and Data from roaming service usage (e.g. amount of data used, countries visited).

Personal Data collected: amount of data used, home country, countries visited (e.g. Vehicle tracking location), cookies, pixels and ad tags.
